Man. That outro could not have been more disappointing. Imagine contemplating the sacred life of St. John Vianny, and then, abruptly, hearing the “R” word from a Rick and Morty episode. Whiplash. And so unnecessary. Conservative Catholicism and “conservative” American politics do not have to go hand in hand. As a Catholic Pro-Life supporter, I can not understand the willingness to dehumanize vulnerable people. Righteous anger is not the same as trolling.
